Rental Policy
- CedarHurst is open year round. We accept only weekly rentals during July and August. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- During the remainder of the year there is a two night minimum on rental of the river cabin and a three night minimum on rental of the Lodge.
- A deposit of 25% is required on all reservations. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for July/August rentals).
- Rates quoted are subject to 6% Michigan Use Tax.
- Rates are for Lodging only. If you wish to arrange activities or services please refer to Things to Do / Links.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Pets are allowed. Lodge has a lead. It is recommended that renters crate their dogs inside if unattended. Renters must clean-up the yard after their pets. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. Please use the porches or preferably outside. Ashtrays are provided on the porches and outside, please use them. Cast-away cigarette butts are a wildfire hazard.
What is Included
- Two canoes and paddle boat are included with rental of Lodge. One canoe and paddle boat are included with rental of River Cabin.
- Kitchens are fully stocked and include a microwave.
- Each cabin is equipped with a charcoal grill.
- Each cabin is equipped with laundry facilities.
- Each cabin has a private dock on Juncob Lake.
- Linens and towels are provided by CedarHurst.
- Each cabin has a private sauna on Juncob Lake.
- Each cabin is equipped with stereo systems featuring Sirius Satellite radio and have high-speed Internet access. Cabins are not equipped with televisions.
